Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 200 grams
Oats flour - 60 grams
Yeast - 2 tablespoons
Warm water - 250 milliliters
Pav bhaji
Onions
Mozzarella cheez

PREPARATION:

First of all, Add 200 grams wheat flour, 60 grams oats flour, 2 tablespoons yeast, 250 milliliters warm water in a mixing bowl and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
Now cover it for 1 hour.
After it flattens the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a roller to make a pizza base.
Now, preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C.
Bake it for 7 - 10 minutes.
After it spread the pav bhaji using a spoon over base until it is completely covered.
Now top this with some onions and grated mozzarella cheese or you can add some more toppings if you want.
Heat the oven again to 480°F/250°C and Bake it for 12 - 15 minutes.
