There are some variety of pinwheel sandwiches depending upon topping and stuffing used in the sandwich. The Pinwheel sandwiches are very easy to prepare and ideal for kids lunch box. These sandwiches are usually served for kids because you can stuff a sandwich with a little spice and more sauce in it. However, it is so yummy that I often prepare this sandwich for breakfast. I personally don’t like bread that much I always used to love curd sandwich and burger recipe. But now when I tried veg pinwheel sandwich, I can’t give them more preference. If you want you can add cheese in this sandwich, however, this can be totally skipped. Also, I am using plain tomato ketchup in this recipe, this can be replaced with Maggie hot and sweet ketchup to give more taste. Ingredients:

Carrot - 90 grams
Mayonnaise - 40 milliliters
Black pepper - 1/3 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Lettuce
Butter
Mint chutney
Bread Slices
Pepper
Cheese slices
Salt

PREPARATION:

First of all in a mixing bowl, add 90 grams carrot, 40 milliliters mayonnaise, 1/3 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
Now take 3 bread slices and cut the edges from all 4 sides.
After it take 2 bread slices, apply some butter over it and put the third slice over it.
Now roll them by using a rolling pin.
Apply some mint chutney to each bread slices.
Put lettuce over it and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Also, place cheese slices over the lettuce.
Now place the mixing bowl mixture on the top of cheese slices.
Slowly roll the sandwich tightly holding all three bread slices.
Now Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the rolls as desired and Serve with ketchup.
