Samosadilla recipe

As we all know samosas are most famous snacks of the Indian kitchen. Previously we learned Quick and Easy Recipe to make Indian Samosa. But sometimes it becomes time-consuming to make samosa cone so we’ll try some new method here and this recipe is named as Samosadilla, which is equally delicious and mouth-watering as samosa. Also, it consumes less time as we are using flour tortillas (Atta Ki Roti) instead of flour cones.

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 400 grams
Cooked green peas - 75 grams
Green chili (optional) - 1
Cilantro - 25 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Flour Tortillas - 2
Chutney - 2 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Butter - 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION:
First of all, take a medium size bowl and mash the potatoes (but not entirely).
Now mix cooked green peas, green chili, cilantro, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, and soy sauce.
Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread 2 tablespoons of chutney.
Then spread a good amount of the prepared mixture over half of the tortilla. Add some Mozzarella cheese and fold the other half over the filled half.
Cut tortilla in two pieces.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add a teaspoon of Butter. Place the Samosadilla in the pan and cook until the both sides are brown and repeat with remaining tortilla.
It is ready to serve with tomato catchup or chutney.
