Ingredients:
For Marination:
- Paneer - 250 grams
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
For Sauce:
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1/2 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Onions - 50 grams
- Bell pepper - 150 grams
- Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Corn starch - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Green Chili - 3 pieces
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Green chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar -1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION:
- First of all slice 250 grams of paneer into cubes and keep in a bowl.
- Now mix 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in the bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once it gets hot, add paneer and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Take a non-stick pan and heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Now add 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger and Stir well.
- Add 50 grams onions, 150 grams bell pepper, and 3 pieces green chili; fry them all for a minute.
- Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon green chili sauce, 1 teaspoon red chili sauce, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and Stir.
- Add fried paneer, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, diluted corn starch. Mix well and heat all the way through till cooked.
- Serve hot with fried rice or chapattis.
